Cross that bridge when you come to it for the time being enjoy the thought that are no longer in debt. Takes a while to sink in but you have done so well.D

Well done MOT. Glad it went smoothly for you. Wish I could see the look on your ex-landlords face when he realises he won't get any money out of you.

I know :D:D:D tigerfeet, what a lovely thought :rotfl: He actually rang my mobile on Monday but I didn't answer it as he has this 'habit' of his phone accidentally dialling my number and then all I hear for the whole voicemail message is the sound of him walking and talking to whoever! I waited for the vm to call me back and it didn't! So this must have been a genuine call from him - can't wait till he gets his letter from OR :T

Don't forget how busy they all are - your OR will be in touch, don't worry. :)

Heard from OR today in writing but am a bit confused

    It says:

" Upon reviewing the information that you have provided to the Court, I have decided that it is not necessary to interview you at this time. It is possible that for various reasons, I may decide that a formal interview is needed in the future. If this happens I will write to you again."

Is this good news do you think  ?? Also, there is no mention of the car???

Has anyone else had this type of letter?

yes MOT this seems to be happening more and more. Think a lot may be due to the simplicity of the case and the work load of the OR'S.Whichever you don't have the gruelling task of having to go through the interview,so very good news.Pleased for youD
