Honest opinions needed please

As above, I am in need of honest opinions ... What do you think to these? I have made these myself for friends who are expecting very soon.

    lol feel free!

They didn't take too long, I was quite happy with them but when I did my first one it looked rubbish!

I thought about selling them locally but not sure if they would sell or not!
Thanks for your comment though :)

I'd be thrilled to be given one of these.

Not sure how well they'd sell as I think people would think they could make them themselves. Depends on price, I suppose. People are busy these days...
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

This is what I was also thinking, but as you said they are ideal for grandparents etc to buy for the new mum etc ... My local craft shop has asked for me to give her one to put in the shop window which has to be a good sign!

Thanks for the kind comments. I am coming up with more ideas all the time for smaller ones and different designs.

Thankyou. good luck to those who are due soon :)

I wanted something unique yet practical ... I hate it when everyone buys clothes in the same sizes i.e newborn and first size, they also always seem to forget what is practical so I made them up using clothes which were 3-6 months and hid little things in the middle of them so that when the time is needed to dismantle there are more suprises. I used bigger nappies aswell so that the cake could be kept intact for a few weeks if needed.
