Cheap and messy, can't beat it! :rotfl:

Up early this morning in an attempt to help me sleep better at night, I'm also half thinking about trying to run in the mornings - wasn't happening today though, too hungry! Anyway, lots to do again today - not looking forward to work as there are a few office power struggles which are bringing a bad atmosphere. Oh well, only 3 more days....

Nothing much else to report, seriously hoping that money from friend is in the bank today as I need to buy a stamp to post court form thingy back!

    Have a nice day! :) x

Thats a good idea - I must say, I wondered, when I saw you posting this early :)

Yuk to power struggles - hope you don't get dragged in.

gah! typed a reply then lost it!

    basically it said.....

"have a good day at work"

"I can't function in the morning until at least 2 cups of coffee so running at that time is impossible for me!"

    "3 days - woo hoo!!"

  • Thanks - work thing is still going on but at least our office are all on the same side now.. although there is currently inter-office 'debate' going on, it's like being in a playground!

Yeah, I can't get my head round morning runs Hypno - I need to eat before I can even walk to work so not sure how I can manage to run

  • Morning all :hello:

Two days of work left! And two days till payday! :j Still on track for my pound a day thing, although I need to buy lunch today so it's going to be close!!

Have done a bit of negotiating on the work front which means I don't have quite as much to do before I finish - thank goodness. Still a fair bit though so I shouldn't really be on here :o

Had a good run last night, finally managed to reach my target of doing 5k in 30 mins which I was aiming for by the end of October, not too far off! Got sore shoulders this morning, I think I must have been a bit hunched because of the cold. Think I might be asking for some proper running gear for Christmas to keep me cosy!

  • That would be a good idea to ask for running gear for Christmas, or better still vouchers for the shops to buy in sales, then you get twice as much..
