Ahem... I'm going to buy an angle grinder and some PVA waterproofing at B&Q tomorrow, and on Sunday I'm going to go see some local sites courtesy of the Heritage Open Days celebration - its a fantastic idea. Closest friends are away at the mo, so I'm on my own.... google it if you want to see if there's anything local to you.

Yours is music and sleep? And a little bottle of a little something :) forgot to add that for me!

  • Fab, power tools :D

Heritage Days sound interesting, I'll have a google... erm...

Music, sleep, bit of swotting up on Spanish, a run on Sunday and a general catch up on all the housework I've been avoiding this week :o

  • Today I am mostly.. indecisive. Can't think what to do, could do with tidying up bedroom a bit but really can't be bothered. Want to get out in the sunshine but feeling pretty tired (another restless night) so not going far, certainly don't feel like running  Enjoyed having a fairly lazy day yesterday, made onion soup, which was a great exercise in patience for me (and in crying!!) and spent the afternoon outside reading some Spanish. I might wander up to the school where the evening classes are so I know where I'm going on Tuesday.

Should really go and get dressed - it feels like the weekend is passing me by too fast!

allowing the weekend to pass by in an indecisive manner is absolutely FINE........as long as you make the decision to spend the day that way

  • Eurgh, Monday.. had an even worse sleep last night, suspect that finishing off Saturday's bottle of wine on Sunday afternoon wasn't the best idea :o Lying awake with things popping into my head that I hadn't thought about for ages, seem to be doing a lot of that recently.

On the good side, it's payday tomorrow :j Still waiting to hear from DCAs about exactly what is going on with my accounts so am only making a payment to my credit card at the moment. Not fantastic for the DF aim, but that seems like a long distance slog at the moment anyway.

Spanish classes start tomorrow - bit scared that I'm going to be out of my depth, and a bit nervous in general, this will probably turn into complete terror by tomorrow! :o :rotfl: They haven't cashed my cheque for that yet but have managed to keep the money aside out of this month's wages :) Have treated myself a little with my extra £60 tax - bought a big bottle of my current favourite perfume off eBay last night (usually £50+ for that size, got it for £30 - felt very very self indulgent as I've been stretching out little sample bottles for ages!)..

Should go for a run tonight - just hope it stops raining!
