Evening all :hello:
Been out all day Superlambanana hunting - I'm worn out, so is DD and my mate who came with us. :rotfl::rotfl: Photos will be going on my facebook account as soon as I've edited them.My mates asked me for some help with his finances so I've offered him the use of my computer/internet when he can next come round and I'll point him in the direction of this site
Nothing planned for the rest of today except washing the dishes, and I think I might try some studying but we'll have to see as I'm soooo tiredIt may just end up being Doctor Who and then bath & bed :rotfl::rotfl:
Right, best go get these pictures edited while I remember which ones are which :rotfl: Then cross them off on the map and see how many we have left to go...I suspect it could take a few trips to do all of them successfully! We were out for 5 hours (including travelling) and only did half the ones in the city center! :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Tiamai-d, thank you so much for that comment, you're right. It look ages to get like this (months rather than weeks:o) so I need to not get disheartened. My biggest prob is clutter and a monumentlaly bad hoarding habit. I need to know how to upload photos to ebay then maybe I'll enjoy selling it all! Trouble is windows vista seems complicated to get the camera installed. My mum tried, who's quite savvy and she couldn't install it on mine even though she could on hers.
eurgh, I hate windows vista!!! It's so overly simple that it's complicated... I can't use it!
Have you tried just conecting the camera to the PC/laptop without installing anything? My mum and dads wasn't conecting using the CD, but if you just connect them it works.
As soon as you start de-cluttering and you see the difference you will stop hoarding! You will start to look at stuff and be able to think 'do I really need this? DO I want to keep it clean and tidy?'0 -
IIRC some camera software doesn't work with Vista and you need an updated version, try the camera manufacturers website, there is usually info on there about vista compatability. Must admit so far I prefer Vista, or maybe that's just because my XP computers and laptops are old and slow.....
Well the boys rooms are now finished, well as much as we're doing. Freecycle won't know what's hit it when we sort through what is to go, haven't got the patience or time to make coppers from it on ebay. For now it's tidy and clean, which is what I wanted to achieve. I must admit I didn't expect to achieve it in one day.
No studying done so far, it's usually hard getting it done with children round my ankles anyway. DPs away tomorrow so don't know how much I'll get done during the day then either.
OK tonights plan
[strike]Until 7pm - washer fill/on, laundry in from line and on airers, fill DW, fold some laundry to take upstairs, find some more paper, clean up after the dogs, wipe kitchen over.
7.00pm boys bathed & ready for bed, put some laundry away
7.25pm quick shower for me
7.30pm studying while waiting for boys to settle [/strike]
8.45pm downstairs for breaktime, let dogs out, empty wm (put on airers)
9.00pm back to studying
10.30pm finish studying at the latest, sort DPs stuff out for the morning, get DSs waffles out, dogs out.
Hmm with that lot to do before 7pm I should get a wriggle on shouldn't I.............One day I might be more organised...........

Today
I have ordered the food for DD1's birthday bash next weekend..
sorted a timetable of events.. down to what time the others will go to bed and what films the girls will be watching!.. so anal!
Taken her for her eyebrows defuzzling
been to Boots and bought out their reduced shelf.. my shopping came to £14 and I never thought.. I should have put it through in 2 lots to get 2 haircare vouchers.. anyway when I mentioned it to the woman on the till she gave me another one that someone had left behind!! ... BONUS..
I went and looked at the bras in the underwear shop.. but they had only one in my size and it was not nice.
I took my mother the 2 foundations I'd scavenged off the reduced shelf
I have the dryer on and have cooked dinner and folded 4 loads of laundry which is now all away.
the DW has been on and is half filled for the second run
the BM has done one loaf but we need another!
I need to collect laundry from about the place though so I can reload the WM's
The bath is run so I can de-flea the small pinks!!

DS1 wanted pizza hut for tea so I got him to cut the grass and help clip the hedge before ordering it.
I need to go out and water the garden as everything is flagging and no rain forcast for here. Still it's Pimms o'clock so shouldn't be too bad.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Watched Dr Who tonight. I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was out all day at a felt-making workshop and came back to find dirty plates from lunchtime piled in cold, dirty water in the sink, the washing I put on this morning still in the machine, the quiches I got out to thaw this morning not put in the oven. Families. Who'd have 'em?0 -
Hiya to everyone
Pollybear - how's your woofit?
We spent four hours at the alloment today and finished digging the last bed!!!! Yeahhhh! We're going up tomorrow to put our pumpkins (which had got pretty big in the greenhouse) and cauliflower and brussels in their newly dug beds. They're all quite big plants so should be fine.
The children are shattered after making a den in long grass on a bit of waste land next to our allotment. They had a ball and an old gentlemen came and gave them a posy of sweet pea and some strawberries each for being so well behaved. My two were so pleased and DD wants to grow something for him or bake him a cake. Bless her!
Going for an early night as the fresh air has made me sooooo tired! xxx0
