Hi,
Is it best to get to Next as soon as the shop opens on Sale days or do you have to queue outside. I have never been to one really early before.
Thanks

Well to be fair as a family of 4 (2 children under 4) £500+ is easily spent especially if you're buying home items/furniture. I spent £600+ but £200 was on 2 home items and the rest was clothes for the family and I also ordered some thing for family/friends who didn't get a VIP slot.I really dont se the need of people spending £500+, I'm lucky if I can go in a store with full priced clothes and find enough stuff I like to buy which comes to over £100!
People just go a bit mad and it is quiet unfair, but there are no rules against it.
I'd be happy with one or two bargain bits for my newborn.:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -
Yep the Directory is seperate to the shop stock so there should still be plenty in the shops........if you get there early enough. Is the directory seperate to the shop stock or else its not worth me going tomo morning?
I am looking for baby wear?:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -
I ordered £800 worth but for very good reason. I hate shopping and so my wardrobe is threadbare and the children need new size clothes and I've just booked a family cruise! I desparately needed the VIP sale to get me sorted.0

As a family of 6 it is very easy to spend that amount. I live rurally and am 40 miles to my nearest city with any decent clothes shops, working full times limits shopping time as well at least I know our sizes at Next, I like the styles and the sales kit us all out for the whole year.
I have bought summer sets for my baby for next summer, yes I am laying out the money now but will have lovely new clothes for her at a decent price that everyone else wont be wearing!0 -
That my parcels arrived, most seems to have arrived, a few items on delay. Som has gone through at full price  will need to ring customer services.0

februarycat - this happened to me last year and I had to ring them once id returned everything i didnt want and give them the list of what i was keeping. they then put it through half price.
I had a real hassle as they also told me over 4 days of calls they'd lost my order and had to keep ringing back etc..then they found it but cost a fortune in calls and stressful so i got some vouchers as i complained.
Hope you get sorted easy.
Thanks I have made a note of what the prices should be, so see what happens, looks like a few people have had the same problem. Also like you say when you ring up its a nightmare to get through, I was waiting ages yesterday to get through. See what I get delivered should be here tomorrow.0 -

I had a load delivered today too - I actually selected Monday 21st for them to be delivered when I placed my order (terms and conditions stated that sale items wouldn't be delivered before then!) but they turned up this morning!
