I've just had a look and my balance hasn't changed either but i think it always does this until its sent out. I'm hoping this will be tomorrow.

daisy_duck. there is no codes this time as next have changed the way they do the VIP sale bit and the codes dont work anymore..you have to log in to your account to see if you had a VIP invite to the right of your summary.

yep.. i had a vip slot booked.. but missed it as was held up at the doctors for over an hour......grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Oh yeah! I think I remember him telling me that before. He gave me his mobile number so I can call him for returns. He's such a sweet guy & even my daughter now knows his name :rotfl:

Online. So disappointed especially as I seem to be alone in this situation. I mean I'm glad every1 else has been lucky but did think the glitch would be more widespread.

He'll probably love you, lol. My delivery guy is brill' too. He gave me his mob no too so that I can call with any returns.

I can't seem to find any numbers on my confirmations at all . My available balance has come right down to what it should be after my 2 orders so hopefully will be ok. Must have taken ages to put through 200 items, what a pain for you :eek:

Not sure if it's possible this time round but I missed my VIP slot for the mid-season sale in March so I phoned Next to explain what had happened and they took my order over the phone. HTH

Last sale they told me they couldnt see my order and how it must of not gone thro so I reordered and everything turned up twice!
