Technical Error! And when they input it manually only 18 of my 200 items available! Spent hours sorting out the order as well. My email attachment numbers on the confirmation were 00022, 00031,00037, 00004 and 00032. I am asuming it was 1 of the 1st orders placed. Expected to see more people who this had happened to but maybe I am one of very few!

Last year when some leather holdalls we ordered didnt turn up, always on a two week delay, they let us order from the new catalogue at half price to the value of the original order.

No, just genuinely skint! Clothing a family of 4 for the next 6 months. Dont Ebay as my bad luck this week started with someone hacking my paypal account and taking £320 from my bank incurring £63 charges.

That's really bad luck on both counts, Hallhun. Just checked my account and still nothing showing on my balance, hope my order hasn't been 'lost' too. I can't see any email attachment numbers on my account or confirmation email - what are they?

The attachment number is on the email. It is the file name ie.ATT00032.txt. Dont know if they are relevant! Just noticed mines were numbered quite low.
