    Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help. I did a job for Bare which involved buying some tickets. I posted them on 29th July and got a call from them yesterday saying they hadn't arrived yet. They said they would wait a few more days, but apparently the pics I uploaded aren't enough. Now the fee (if I will still get this) doesn't even cover the cost of the ticket!!

    Has anyone had anything similar happen? Do you think they will still reinburse the money?? I still have the receipt!

  • Scuse me if this sounds like a dim question, but why do MS companies take on clients who want to pay peanuts, if they know that shoppers won´t be interested? Do the MS companies get their money anyway so they don´t care?

    I just posted an alert about sandwiches on RE, but the notes say "particular day of the week" visit must have report completed for 14:00 but the visit dates are for a different day of the week. ??
  • Hi tigergold,
    If you complete the visit on a Wednesday then you have to have the report submitted by 2pm, as they send the results to the client on Thurs. If you complete it any other day then you have the usual 24hr to submit the report. HTH

    how do I contact my area manager for TNS? There's a job that should have been done on monday that has been relisted for today, but it wouldn't let me set a day after the day it should have been done and I can't work out who to contact or how to say I can do it today.

    You should do, I hope the pictures you have taken were clear, if not I am sure you still have a receipt of some sort. They need the tickets to prove that you haven't used them to travel.
    I have done a very good brand clothes for them once and they reimbursed the purchase, they only asked fro a receipt number and they gave me full reimbursment no questions asked.

    try this and substitute the number [EMAIL="ms_region5@tns-mailer.com"]ms_region5@tns-mailer.com[/EMAIL]
    otherwise have a look through an old link for changing the date, or look through your mail, they constantly send emails for jobs ect.

    Thanks, I found an e-mail and replied to it. Lets hope they get back to me within the next hour and I can have a free lunch :p
