Any advice or help, being discharged

Any help anyone can offer on this would be greatly appreciated.
Basically my DH is being compulsory discharged after suffering for the last year. He has put a complaint in but the powers that be are still adamant he can get discharged.
We are getting put out of our MQ in Germany and have been told that we have to be out by the end of the month. We have nowhere to live, nothing to live on, and 2 kids to think about.
We have tried our local council but you have to turn up in person to apply for houseing, we have applied for an MQ in our home town, we have applied with veterans scotland for houseing.
My worry is that we are going to end up in the cotswolds centre when we want to go to the north of scotland. We also have £40K debt. My sig says £25K but we also have another £15K on our car. We took this out thinking DH's job was secure for another 13 years.
We have been to JSHAO, Legion, SSAFA but no-one seems able to help us find somewhere to live, something to live on, or some way of paying off these debts without an IVA or bankruptcy, which will stuff us up big time.
I wish the army actually thought about the families they ruin when they do things like this. It's purely because of the army that my DH has suffered for the last year. He tried to speak up but no-one would listen, and they are still not listening. I thought when you redress/complain about things, all action had to stop but apparently they can still discharge him. What happens if the investigation finds in his favour? It will be too late for us.
If anyone has any advice on anywhere we can go for some help, I would so greatly appreciate it. I really don't want to be stuck at the cotswolds so far from home.
Thank you

get yourself a lawyer/solicitor...once he is out of the army they wont give a damn whether he was right or wrong...but getting a army lawyer/solicitor to put a hold on it may mean all the difference from getting discharged to serving another 13 years don't let them bully you into going until it's all sorted out properly...a mistake now could mean the difference between a good job or a bad job later on in life...can you appeal you must be able to do something don't just let them make you go...fight for what is your right...hths:)

Thank you all, we have been in touch with SSAFA and the RBL and AWS. Just got on to my MP and MEP today, so they are looking to see if they can help. Got a couple of calls re postponing the discharge pending the investigation to make on Monday (the people were out today) and also the possibility of a house to rent close to home. It's a 30 minute drive from where we really want to be but beggars cant be choosers and its a 3 bedroom house on a secure tenancy and its cheap rent because all the houses are rented to ex-armed forces
So fingers crossed we might have some news soon. Although found out today that removals cant be guaranteed till August, which is not good news.
Thanks for the advice though, i really do appreciate it xxxLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

i know for a fact you can stay in a MQ for 93 days from officially leaving the forces!!! then after that you pay a higher rentIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0 -
thanks cat, we are not getting that as we are in germany at the minute, but have applied to get a quarter in uk so that we can have the 93 days. at least then we can go to our council and get housing from them. Dh has practically been offered a job in the area so we are just trying to get home asapLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Thanks mary! I think what we will just have to do is take them through a civilian lawyer and go to the papers and show everyone just how "well" they treat people who are prepared to lay down their lives and who want to serve their country.
At least the award brought a smile to DH's face, first time he's done that in a while xxLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:
