Looks like the weekend going to be 50/50 if deliveries are happening or not.

Most people finish their orders a couple of days before their delivery, mostly the day before. So no-one been able to do so since Tuesday which means even if the site goes back up today, its too late to book and do orders for Saturday. Meaning the Online Service will prob won't have much deliveries to do on Saturday.

Going to be the quietest weekend for a while!

Sainsburys on line back up, with deliveries in my area from Saturday morning, that's if everybody hasn't already flown the nest already

Look m8, you're paid as a driver, not a PR man for sainsburys. All the dot com delivery companies have their good and bad points. As a tesco driver we take new customers from asda and sainsbury all the time.

Many people play the system, order from one for a couple of weeks then order from another. do the same after another couple of weeks and you're pretty sure to get a voucher, £5,£10 free delivery etc through the post from the first trying to reclaim their business.

On the whole we are not a bunch of grumpy !!!!!!!s, we are just the same as you. We do far more deliveries than anyone else 300,000+ per week, 35-40 drops per day per van and, from my store at least, are almost never late. That's why the 2 hour slot. So please stop with the generalisations....
