  • Don't know if it applies to all dungeons but I got in free at the York Dungeons last week. Was a good way to pass 40 minutes, and usually £15.60 so big thumbs up from me

The London dungeons was the same about 3 or 4 months ago.
It must be accepted as a principle that the rifle cannot replace the speed of the horse, the magnetism of the charge and the terror of cold steel.

Silly question, but how do you view the discounts on the Forces Discount website, as I can't seem to view them?

I think you need to register and then you can get access to the adverts, which either direct you to a website or give a code to be used when booking or both.
  • Got in free to Windsor Castle with my F90 a couple of weeks ago, I should think so too!

Think the problem is, I'm using firefox with adblocker, so I can't see any ads. 1087.gif

Seems to be working fine on IE.

Not exactly a discount, but War Pensioners and Armed Forces compensation Scheme members are entitled to a FREE Oyster Card for use on London Transport, one of the only perks I've found of being a war Pensioner  lol, Oh to live in the USA!!!

Also, there is a new discount card out called the Blue Light Card, its for Military (inc Veterans) Police, Fire and NHS and looks like it has some good offers
Opinions are like bottoms - We all have one, just some stink more than others

Service Attributable Pension - War Pension - War Pensioners Unemployability Supplement - War Pensioners Invalidity Allowance - War Pensioners Comforts Allowance - War Pensioners Mobility Allowance - War Pensioners Child Allowance - Housing Benefit - Council Tax Benefit
  • We visited Avon Valley Country Park in Keynsham, Bristol last week and got 10% discount. The lady said I was the first to ask and they had no official policy but must have felt sorry for my battle hardened bald patch and let us have it. Great day out too!
