Hi Guys,

Travelex in the UK give the armed forces commission free currency if an official ID is produced. My friend was lucky enough to take advantage of this at Gatwick Airport....saving him a few quid.

DC Leisure who operate council leisure centres around the country (e.g. West Wilts) give a decent discount to forces and MOD civilians if you produce your ID.

I never found the forces discount any good - whenever we follow a link on there, there doesn't seem to be any actual saving - I think it was Haven or Hoseasons that were good for this!? Maybe it's just me??

dont know if this has been covered but krispy kreme doughnuts shops and stalls offer 30% off in the UK (well they defo do in portsmouth anyway) with military id.

Sorry if this is a duplicate but Clinton cards give about 25% on all merchendiase (ex stampps & gift cards) with the production of a MOD90.

Especially good coming up to Christmas.

La Senza offered me 20% off last time.
New Look stores do offer it sometimes, I think they put it through as student discount, but as long as you are polite you can usually get it!
McDonalds will give you a free cheeseburger or McFlurry if you buy a meal.

Hi My hubby is ex army - he has been out 5 years. Is there anyway we can still get the discounts being discussed on here as he no longer has a MOD 90?
Is there an equivelant that can be used?
