Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

thats nothing, ive just eaten left over beans and mince from Sunday for my tea, i drive a nissan micra with a broken bumper, ive just come back (2 weeks ago) from a week in the south west and wales, travelodge stays for 5 nights, AND in September, Im probably going to go for a week in Staithes
Travel lodge is posh though, they're pricey.0 -

You are only allowed to give £3000 per year as a gift which is free of iht. £3000 more if you havn't done so before.
My feeling is to be honest is that its all !!!!!!!! and the EA is buying it through someone but hey ho. I did tell them when they ring me in a couple of weeks my offer would be considerably less.

Having time to reflect im not bitter really we live rent free at the minute in our lasses mum and dads mansion house. We eat out in fancy restaurants whenever we like i buy the best wine ive just bought a new sports car we are going to the carribean in a week and another 4 holidays before the years out we have money in the bank im getting married next year oh and ive just won £400 on henrythenavigator. Must dash.

nope, 10 quid a night, booked it months ago when they had their special summer offer thing, amesbury, then chippenham, then hartlebury, then ludlow then monmouth then leamington spa then home! 10 per night, between 2 of us, BARGAIN!!!0
