can anyone tell me how long and what temprature to cook a bernard matthews frozen turkey leg roast pleaseBoiler pot £30.92/£10000

Firstly you don't want to cook it from frozen.
Temperature will be the same as for a conventional oven.
Time will depend on the weight.
The advantage of cooking in one of these ovens is that you can see how things are cooking and easily adjust your timing/temperature if needed.
I'm assuming you've got the JML 'user manual' ?
Rubbish, isn't it ?Gus.0 -

Pah! My JML had a recipe, just the one. It was for lobster ... with ginger. Translated, badly, from another language.
Really, what more could you want?!

I noticed Aldi's have some type of Halogen oven coming up this Sunday, Looks good for the money and the best part is it's warranted for 3 years.

We bought one but it is not Halogen.
They call it Convection oven, it looks the same but instead of a Halogen Bulb it appears to be a metal heating element.
Works the same but without the very bright light you get with the Halogen.
Lets hope it is a bit more robust but as with all Aldi electrical items it has a three year warranty as you stated.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
Just asked hubby to pop into Aldi on way home, but I'm wondering what the running costs will be compared to the Halogen version....Bless Martin's Little Cotton Socks. I thank him for giving us MSE. Look what its grown into!

It is rated 1200/1400 watt.
It would be about the same as a Halogen oven.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
ariba10 - Yes it says 1300w but will it cook in the same way as the Halogen? i.e shorter times?
Have you used it yet?Bless Martin's Little Cotton Socks. I thank him for giving us MSE. Look what its grown into!

It looks exactly the same and cooks in the same way.
The only things that are different is that it has a metal element instead of a Halogen tube and you do not get the bright light that you get with a halogen tube.
The evening meal is in it as I write.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0
