Calcium deficiency and/or fluctuating mositure levels?
Sorry, I meant I'd cracked posting a photo from imageshack
although i dont' think it linked up properly!
I don't know what caused the blossom end rot, possibly a combination of a "too strong" concentration of fertiliser (had some toms affected too) or fluctuating moisture levels

Hooray!
I have got 5 white flowers on my pepper plants that are still in the ground - they are small but beautiful ( the flowers are about 2 inches long). Is there enough summer left for them to grow properly??:rotfl: :rotfl:

The pepper plants indoors are still flowering though I have almost full sized peppers on them and to my suprize, there are still some flowers on the two plants outside, though the peppers that are growing there are not as big.
I am hoping we get a good September to ripen them so let's hope the new flowers can grow into peppers too. I might just bring them indoors though if the weather doesn't improve!
It's all very exciting though!!
