Well done ChevBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Thanks guys for dropping in . It is amazing how quick the process can be when someone who actually knows what they are doing is dealing with it. We were told 18 MONTHS to get a decision:eek::eek::eek:So 5 months is awesome!
I can also continue shining my halo, because rather than let the two bags of clothes sit there, and then just think oh I will just double check those bags....and then not get rid, I took them to the clothes bank this morning. And so they are GONE!

Well done on dumping the stuff so quickly.
If you want to carry on with the clearing out, for a few of us the cosmetics collection and undies drawers came next, along with shoes and handbags.
Once you've cleared the stuff out, do a shopping list of items to fill the gaps. You don't need to get them all at once, but the idea is that you buy the items on the shopping list rather than starting to clutter the wardrobe etc up again. For makeup, try a free makeover and just buy the odds and ends to update your look.0 -

I think I am going to let the airing cupboard be my friend for the next two weeks. I worked out that even after I had thrown out all those clothes, that I still had underwear etc for nearly 2 weeks. Therefore, though I will wash things as and when, I am going to leave them in the airing cupboard.
In this way I will HAVE to wear my clothes, and really find out what fits, what suits etc :eek::eek::eek:This is kind of scary so we will see how I can get on with it!
Have a good day y'all
