I haven't got my national lottery points or the lightspeed points.
Grrr.
I e-mailed them last week and of course... no reply. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
i have been emailing rachel mallon apparently shes the customer service manager but i dont think she knows much about customer service as she's very abrupt! Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j0

Droopy, I think you may have a good point there, thanks! The Pigsback site [and 'referrals' to their partner sites] could well have been tested with IE only. Firefox etc users may loose out. I use Firefox, and have yet to automatically get any of those points for signing up on another site.
I will change my settings for the Pigsback site, so it opens in IE always. Might or might not help - I am beginning to loose interest in Pigsback because my (pretty significant number of points) will probably never be exchangeable into anything I would value (such as L2S vouchers!)
BTW - Nectar launched Nectar e-stores today - with a pretty large range of participating companies, most of them having useful stuff that I would/do actually buy from time to time. They don't do silly daily quizzes for points, so getting any points usually involves shopping. However, at least you get decent rewards for your Nectar points and you don't feel conned all the time like i am beginning to do with Pigsback.0 -

When you order a CD Wow voucher a text is sent is there a charge for this on my mobile?0
-
no a text is sent the first time you order ANYTHING so it is only ever sent the once to give you a validation code to prevent against multiple accounts and no - its free0
-
You will get the cdwow voucher via email or through the web site in rewards then collect rewards. Then use link from web site to cdwow site and you get 100 points per item and get purchase things above the value of the reward of £8.75 and pay the difference

I know Poppy cat will edit her post to reflect this but it is 100 points per order not 200 points per item and go through the correct link in the shop and earn section to get £1 off the usual prices0
