hello im new to this board and this is my first post

I was looking at some of the post about missing or delayed points - seeing it is annoying and frustrating for me too I thought that maybe we could list all the promontioal offers on pigsback that people have received and do a E-petition - send this to rachael mallon and the company so they can see its not just one or two cases but a whole group of people

The way Id thought to lay it out would be the promotion name, followed underneath by your email address for pigsback and how long it took to receive points, if you had to chase via email, or if they didnt come

E.G.

Ebay registration

XXXXXXXXXX@hotmail.com - chased points with customer service - still not received - sent proof of confirmation
XXXXXXXX@mail.com - points not received
XXXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com - 7 week delay for points to be received

If you post your email on this board and each promotion you had problems with I will compile a list and send it to pigsback - include details like chasing customer service, only received part of the points, non - replys to emails etc.....

Just noticed I've been credited with 100 points for ordering some free prints from Snapfish through Pigsback....didn't even have to pay postage either soooo 100 points for nil spend....:j

Also got another 100 points for ordering (with my voucher) a CD from CDWow sooo another 100 free points for nil spend...:j

In theory, I have nothing against sending Pigsback a compiled list of people who have had problems with their promotions (and let's face it, it would be a loooooong list!:rolleyes:). However, I believe it would be against the rules of this forum to post our personal information here, including our email addresses.

As we know, Pigsback are keeping an eye on this thread, so they must be aware of the number of disgruntled users. Also, most of us do keep emailing them individually, and although Pigsback seem to have a bit of a selective memory when it comes to dealing with these emails/complaints, they must realise that there are lots of users who are not happy.

And seeing that Pigsback are aware of this thread, why don't they come on here officially and answer our questions properly! :rolleyes:

The mind certainly boggles.....but when you look at that circus with their 'daily' quiz, and the often missing questions in their quizzes, plus sometimes questionable 'correct' answers and those registrations which 'aren't monitored', it's easy to come to the conclusion that they are just completely over the floor. They also don't seem to have grasped the importance of customer satisfaction. It's a complete pigsears.........

But may be pigs will fly one day.

On the front page they're advertising free tickets to a Cameron Diaz preview movie. It was at my local cinema on 18th October. Also mentioned in the newsletter I received.....on the evening of 18th October :rolleyes: Bet that was packed

hmmmm....just had a huge pigsback ad on hotmail (down the left hand side) Nice that they can afford to advertise but can't seem to get round to getting more rewards and fixing all their annoying problems......
