    i gave up emailing them about my 100 points for using my cdwow voucher plus the points for the survey - i was told to send email as proof - who actually keeps theire emails? i delete delete delete all the time.....

    my hubby also never got both of the above and one of his love2shop vouchers never came - no joy for him either.....

    was away for weekend so didn't get to see replies to my post until there now - believe it or not i DID actually still have the registration email from signing up for the lottery. did not make one iota of difference to Pigsback. ah well - its not like I'm losing much really as there isn't any reward on there at the moment I would want to put the 200 points towards. Its only Pigsback ever increasingly shoddy public image that is being tarnished yet again by lazy customer service attitudes.
