Hi everyone
I completed a survey for pigsback over a month and a half ago which promised 600 points for completion, paid within 14 days. Well, surprise surprise, a few weeks later and the points never appeared. so I emailed pigsback.

"On the 5th October I completed a survey that was sent to me, earning 600
piggypoints. However my account has not been credited with these points,
despite the email saying that they would be credited within 14 days. I
would be most gratefull if this error were corrected."

I got a reply

"Hi
Apologies for this.
Can you let me know what the survey was about so I can look into it further.
Thanks
Rachal"

Well luckily I had kept the original survey email so I sent her a copy. She replied.

"Hi

Apologies for the delay.

The points for this survey have not yet been credited - but they should appear in your account in the next few days. Hope this helps and thanks for your participation

Well another week passed and still no points so I started emailing EVERY day. I didn't get a reply but they must have annoyed them enough because today I was finally credited with my points! :T :T :T

Just a shame it has to come to this. I know I'm not alone in not having been given points I was owed, but I guess if you annoy them enough they will give in. Power to the people!!

Seems to be the normal pigsear, ehem, pigsback, standard, mdb99jh! High on promises, low on delivering them.
