Just wondering is it normal for Pigsback rewards to be unavaliable for x number of days? When i had 490 points, it said i could get a voucher for 500 points. Now i have 500, its saying the reward will be avaliable in 6 days.

When you first join you need to wait 10 days before you can order anything - after that there is no wait - you will be asked for a validation code which will be sent to your mobile the first time you order a reward - you won't be asked for the code again after that :)

does anyone get a message to say that there completed crossword has been submitted successfully?? I've just typed it all in and tried to submit but nothing happens at all!

I had the same problem. It turned out this was because I had Norton ad blocking switched on. So now I disable Norton to download the crossword and try to complete the puzzle before switching it on again! It was worth doing - I won the crossword about a month back. Yes, I'm from London but I'm not a plant! To prove it, I can say that whilst I did win points on the crossword these do not make up for missing points owed to me from shopping with Debenhams or Dell (about 4000)!

Good Luck and have another go!

I know this might be a silly question, but fatboyonadiet and innovate have you been refreshing your home pages to see if you have got click throughs?

Yes I have, cuppatea, tons of times today - suffering from serious click-fatigue by now......but 3 (Heathrow, Nesbitt and PaddyPoker) have shown up when I tried just now. So I suppose I now had my weekly ration! All I want from Piggy now is L2S vouchers so I can spend my £50 the way I want :o

Oh, don't turn off your firewall just to submit this silly crossword puzzle - you could contract a devastating virus!! Rather check your firewall for any blocked traffic from Pigsback and allow that traffic selectively.

Got this reply regarding the jackpot (emphasis mine)
    Thanks for your mail.

I'm afraid receiving your original stake back or even more PiggyPoints is not guaranteed with a Jackpot Pool.
The number of PiggyPoints in the pot is split amongst the winning members according to the number of Points they staked.

However if many people enter and select the same winning answer, then the pot has to be split amongst more people, and there is also an administration fee applied on all Jackpot Pools.

The nature of the Pools is that the PiggyPoints are divided up, and it is always a risk in Jackpot Pools that you may not get the amount you staked back.
This is very rare however, and what you need to watch out for is the number of entries and the projected winnings at the time you make your stake.

If you have any further questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

Thanks for the advice. So far no problems ... but that may have something to do with the additional hardware firewall, Windows firewall and a glut of anti-virus and anti-spyware programs! Oh and the fact that it's only off for about 5 minutes at a time (10min at a push!!)
