SIGH! Had emailed Pigsback about my lottery points still not being credited...no huge shock really but conveniently they have no 'record' of me registering with the lottery through Pigsback so have refused to add the points...

seems to be a bit of a pattern with their inability to 'find' transactions when it involves having to hand out piggypoints. It only further proves what I have been thinking for a while now - there is absolutely no point in logging onto the site and it is a continual waste of my time. Grrrr!!!

yeah they have no record of my ASOS transaction or my Ebay registration and bid... :mad:

what truly baffles me is that *they* have no record of the transaction but the people listed on their website have no problems at all recording my details and emailing me at regular intervals if I happen to have registered with them! Pigsback 'record' storing methods needs to be looked at me thinks!

Exacty, If I am told they can't track me registering through pigsback and they refuse to give me my 400 points:mad: I am owed over £20 worth from ASOS orders which they have no record of. Not fair

There still appears to be no joy with the cd wow checkout then? Really itching to spend my voucher. It's probably waiting until Monday so that I can get the new Robbie Williams album!!

Also still waiting for my 400 points for registering with the National Lottery, been about 3 weeks now - what's going on Pigsback, sort yourselves out!

I recently recieved my piggypoints from pigsback for buying a dell pc through them and it took about 6 Weeks!
