Having worked in retail, I think most SAs will be well aware of what is on promotion, especially some 2-3 weeks in as was the case when I bought my suncare stuff.

Oddly though, the item in question for me, No7 Naturally Sunkissed Overnight Facial Gradual Tan, is not sold on the website so I don't know if it is definitely on BOGOF and .com lady couldn't tell me either. I know some No7 suncare is excluded from BOGOF, just my luck to pick one of these! Have not opened product and it is still sealed with it's foil plug. Where do you stand with returning or exchanging stuff when you've had a GWP?!

hiya every one, with the no7 hair spritz i want to buy the 4 that are bogof, so i would take them to the till and then when do i hand over my £5 off voucher? as last time i tried this and took gwp the sa said before trying it that i dont qualify for gwp as they are bogof, so im scared to try again xx :rolleyes:

I did reply to this earlier but it doesn't seem to be there:D others have mainly said what I did. I would ring CS and see if you have to go back to the same store(s) and how long you have to go back.
