I did reply to this earlier but it doesn't seem to be there:D others have mainly said what I did. I would ring CS and see if you have to go back to the same store(s) and how long you have to go back.

The same thing happened to me when it first came on the market, it took ages to go away. I tried to persevere with it and used it until it finished, I was glad when it finished:rolleyes:

Sorry I haven't been posting much but I've got IBS and a bit of stress, so doc trying to get it under control. I haven't been to Boots for 5 days:(

    Thanks my_old_mans_a_dustman,

Think I will stop using the Day cream to see if it's just that, then if there is no change within a couple of days, stop the serum too. Unforch I didnt buy it (came from GWP) so cannot return them for refund . LOL.

:grinheart Hope you're feeling better soon.:grinheart

hiya every one, with the no7 hair spritz i want to buy the 4 that are bogof, so i would take them to the till and then when do i hand over my £5 off voucher? as last time i tried this and took gwp the sa said before trying it that i dont qualify for gwp as they are bogof, so im scared to try again xx

Try a different SA, do the items, then the GWP, then the voucher. Any problems, smile sweetly and ask if they will give it a go (just in case) as your aunty/ sister/ mum/ cat/ gerbil/etc has managed it before. In the past though some stores have had the tills set up so that if the total spend is less than £20 then the GWP won't go through - if it doesn't go through, be prepared to walk away (and if you can try a different store!)

    Hi
If you are referring to the printable £5 off voucher it has already run out (on the 14th June :()Plus it was only redeemable against make up so it wouldnt have worked on suncare.

If you just want to get the GWP, then yes, you can take 4 x Glossy locks which are BOGOF to the till. The till recognises that you have spent £20 before the BOGOF doodah kicks in so you qualify for the GWP.
I wouldnt wait for the SA to say you qualify and offer you a GWP, just take one with you in your basket. Thats what I did, but with 2 x Tan Maintaining Lotion (£10 BOGOF) She did ask me if I knew they were on offer and I just said yes thanks I do!

If you get a Boots mag (free to card holders) and go to the back page, there is a voucher to get 200 points when you buy No 7 suncare. You can give that to the SA too.

It has worked for some, but some people have had the dreaded till beep!
Can i just ask again, when the sa overrides what do they actually do? Ive had a few coupons bleep but sa pressed a button and it went through fine, is this overrriding?
