Sorry to hear you're not feeling great - from my cold turkey experience I can tell you that the 1st month away from Boots is the trickiest. Today I weakened, and I can feel the old temptations.......perhaps I should wait for the sale. Anyone remember the date from previous years?

And thanks to everyone who took me past my 1000th 'thank you' - somehow fitting that that should happen on my absolute favourite thread!

Go into boots and buy (free with boots card) a Boots magazine, as JELLYBABY :hello: suggested :T
After ripping the coupon from mag, go and get those 4 bogof items.
Also if you can, try and buy some other items - even if its a drink, crisps, cheap/reduced items
And DONT FORGET ANOTHER MAGAZINE, - as this will stop it being as noticable:whistle: to the stricter sa.

I forgot to use vouchers a couple of times after I paid for the items. Went to CS instore and asked them whether they can add it, both times they were happy to do so. But haven't tried to use more than 2 vouchers at a time tho.

I tried to go cold turkey on this board, i lasted a week and felt useless on boots!

Don't know what they press, each time they've told me they voided it but the total doesn't change at first as i know roughly what i should be paying and always keep an eye on it. Neither item has shown on my receipt though in the 3 times i've done it :cool: and its been overridden

Hey Pash, it's all there in CPG's first post. I think the only thing you've missed if you haven't been instore lately are the big reductions on the luxury bathing range, eg: Botanics, Mediterranean, S&G, Sanctuary, Natural Collection, Elle McPherson etc. Not sure if there's anything much left though, I think we've pretty much cleared the shelves of all the reduced stuff:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
