I've just been looking at your blog, it's fab! Can I ask you've got Layout 1 You are my sunshine, did you use that for a scrapbook page? When my son was born, that was the only song I could calm him with, I'd love to do a page with that! x

Thank you for your kind words Hels 'You are my sunshine' is something I am not allowed to show in full as it is for the competition 'scrapbook apprentice'. I will however just put it here for you and delete it at the end of the day.. Shhh this didn't happen

Pinkladymel - you eally deserve to win that competition. You would be a great teacher too. I love the rays of sunshine - really bold and striking. I love the embossing on the "sweetheart" one - did you do that yourself? The butterflies are so cute too. I love the spotty acetate too - really different. Like I said on your blog I love how you put anything together, you really have an eye for interesting and different embellishments.

I don't get any choice in what I use.. they send me the things and I have to get on with it. Like one week I had 5 pieces of cardstock and some letter stickers so I made the robot card and the sunshine layout!! The embossing was done with my fiskars shapeboss and killed my hand but it was worth it.

PLM - I love the robot card - my son is obsessed with robots - his favourite jumper has a jumper on it. Can't wait to meet you too, I've just got my fingers crossed that Rainy can come now!

I love all PLM's stuff and agree that robot card is so fab :T

I am still hoping I can come on Friday, just need OH to sort himself out re: work. I have laid such a guilt trip on him about leaving me to cope with the boys for 2 whole weeks blah blah blah, rotten of me really but if it gets me to the NEC, I don't care :rotfl:
