Never heard of a scrapbooking retreat before - you can sort of create your own by the sound of it.

Well, had a right afternoon............for some reason I had to login to get on here and other sites and couldnt remember passwords  So I sent the necessary message for new one............8 times I got an e mail back -only on the 8th did it work ! So now got to check other sites.
On top of that printer decided not to print and I'd got some really nice downloads that would be ideal for sons little scrapbook ! Have now unplugged the printer (wretched thing is always doing this to me) and maybe it'll forget that it was playing up and behave normal.

    Rant over !

Off to mums flat tomorrow to finish off clearing it -back Wednesday afternoon hopefully.............then I'l make a fresh start on it all and maybe actually get something done.
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

I'd love to meet you to Rainmac but same as your OH work commitments! AHHH!!

I just noticed on the Grabbit board the Craft Superstore have a sale, upto 80% on some items! Oh the temptation is 2 much!

This sale has been on for months tho they do add new things! I did a post about some items I got here on the thrifty gifty thread last week and I ordered some stuff a couple of months ago most of which are still in the sale!!

Worth having a look thru and checking back regularly and free postage if over £40. I bought some storage and some ribbons, they are always quick and efficient in my experience!!

Can you imagine a weekend away for all us crafty ladies, Oh it would be amazing!! We need to find someone with a big enough house to put us up for the weekend! I'd love to meet you all!

Rusty that is gorgeous! The paper is stunning what did you use?

Furrypig thanks for the tip, I'll keep checking in there, I did buy quite a few things, can't wait for them to come now!:j

    Hi,
Thankyou Hels, not sure what the paper is as it was just a 12x12 sheet from a local craft store then I scanned it in and printed it 3 times. There is no markings or anything on the back of it though? sorry

Rusty - that's beautiful. The paper looks lovely next to the vintage style photos. Is it all done behind glass so that you can hang it up? I'll definately be stealing that idea, much prettier than a normal picture in a frame.

Thankyou Melissa, I think I have ruined it by adding the writing, maybe I needed that to be coloured aswell? what do you think? it is just a cheapy clip frame from wilkos which I used and yes it is covered over with glass in the picture :) Thankyou for your comments :)
