I have just received my card through the post. I have been using the paper card that you get until your actual card comes through. The numbers on these cards are different. Does that mean I will lose all my points now? If so I don't think that's very fair, I've been trying to save points for nothing?
This is normal.. Your points will be merged... You can use either your temp card or real one from now on and they will still go on the same account.. You have not lost your points..
Register the new card for online shopping and you'll see all points present in your account.. or use it instore and you'll see all points at the bottom of the receipt..0 -

ThanksI was getting worried but when I put my new card onto the website I still have my points
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
I have been sent a voucher code for free delivery on over £50 groceries. I do not use Tesco Direct for shopping so if anyone wants the code just PM me.0

We went to Peterborough today to check out the car we are getting and it was fine. We are going back on Tuesday 7 October to pick it up.
A word of advice to those of you out there wanting to use deal tokens towards your cars. The salesman told us that when Motorpoint went into the scheme, they only anticipated people coming in with £200 or £300 towards a car, not the £1,000's some of us have. It is very possible that Motorpoint will be coming out of the scheme as soon as their contract ends.0 -
Hiya,
This may have been asked before, i couldn't see it on the last few pages i looked at.
My partner, my 6yr old and i are going to london for a cheapy holiday around halloween.
We have bought only TWO merlin passes and need one for our son. we dont have enough clubcard vouchers to buy this last one. we will be doing london eye, legoland, london dungeons. also the scarbourugh sealife center and maybe york dungeons too. so its really worth us having the card
so i need nearly 30pounds of clubcard vouchers.
Is there any rules preventing me from buying clubcard vouchers from ebay (or here?) and using some of mine, with someone elses to top it up to the 31 pounds total needed? any reason why this wouldnt work? my hubby says if i used vouchers with a surname other than mine, it would just viod the vouchers. i think hes being daft honestly. cant see why the name would matter ??
and would i have to pay lots more than the face value??

OR...
if its the voucher holder that must apply -
has anyone got 31.25 in unused valid clubcard vouchers?
Would they be willing to buy it themselves but FOR my son? and we could paypal and refund you in clubcard vouchers on the next statement? a bit of each... open to haggling. never done anything like this......Julie0 -
I emailed Tesco about the issue of getting money off instead of bonus point vouchers, and had this reply
I am very sorry that you are unhappy that we are no longer sending the extra points coupons with our Clubcard statements but have changed back to money off coupons. I can understand how disappointing this must be for you.
We find all customer feedback incredibly valuable as this helps us when we are looking at ways to make our service better. It was due to customer feedback that we changed the type of coupon as the vast majority of customer want to receive the money off coupons.
I am sorry that you are unhappy with this decision and I would like to assure you that I've fully logged the points you have made. These will be directed to our Clubcard Department.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your views with us. I hope that despite our decision you will continue to shop with us in the future.
"vast majority" - I don't think so!

hi am thinking abou taking family to disneyland and wanted to, use my tesco vouchers and get the eurostar straight to the disney resort and get this via airmiles.
Has anyone else done this and how many miles did it cost i also saw that u can do miles/cash combinations?
Than i looked on tesco website and saw that u can get the eurotunnel using deals which is 4x value.
Is eurostar/eurotunnel diferent?
Im confused to whats the difference and which is cheaper.0 -
Eurostar is a passenger train which runs from London, Ebbsfleet and Ashford to Paris, Lille, Brussels and Disney. Eurotunnel is a car carrying train which runs from near Folkestone to near Calais. Both trains run through the same tunnel.
It sounds like you want Eurostar not Eurotunnel.ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0 -
hi
dh rang up clubcard yesterday as we had a voucher for £22.50 go just out of date and an £11.00 voucher which had to be used soon, they were no help, just said that they were not reissuing vouchers any more and they had to be used by the cut off date, the out of date one they would do nothing about, thing is though i bought 2 magazine subscriptions and 2 days out vouchers and the out of date voucher was still accepted, will have to wait and see what happens.
i was hoping to save as many vouchers as poss towards hol next year, but it looks like i will have to use them when the next cut off date for my vouchers is.
regards
