The system is activated to check the last 365 days and if points have been awarded for 30 cartridges or more then the system automatically generates a donation to the designated charity.0

Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Pure coincidence, but on Saturday I exchanged 4 years worth of points on-line for Motorpoint vouchers. I got confirmation.. so I hope it's honoured. I didn't know it was likely to end until I called Motorpoint this morning.
I really hope Tesco's honour my order.
Yippeee - my vouchers arrived this morning. :T :T .
Now which car to choose.0 -

Hi there Swattie
How were you able to convert 4 years worth of points - I thought they expired after 2 years? I would be scared to convert some and then find they had withdrawn the deal. I would love to know how you managed to do this? TIAI used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

Hiya,
Your Clubcard statement is divided into your regular Clubcard points - which you say may be around 100 and then your TPF points which sometimes take a little while to catch up (don't know why!). Also, it's all a bit slow at around the time the vouchers are sent out.
You say you've spent around £100 in last 3 weeks, just keep an eye on your receipts, or check your account online, as you should have around about 200 points as you know. As for the petrol points, they too can take a few days to come on so don't worry!0 -

Hello you lot,
I have been looking for the best deal on using my clubcard vouchers against a holiday next year. We have done this before with French Life and saved a bundle but was wondering if any of you MS Experts have any tips on maximising my dosh.
Annoyingly have just had a quote from Siblu where when we told them we would be using Tesco vouchers the price went up by £300!! That makes my blood boil and set me thinking somebody out there must have been through all this before and know what the score is on playing the system fully. What are your experiences of trying to use the vouchers with these companies - French Life, Siblu, Canvas etc...?
We want to go to the south of France for two weeks in mobile home or chalet tent kind of holiday next summer.
Also, can you recommend any good sites?
Cheers people - you are all that is good.0 -

It's taken me that long to decide what to spend them on!
A couple of times when they are nearing or just expired I have sent them back to Tesco clubcard and they credit the points back onto my card. They then reissue new vouchers at the end of the quarter. But I have always made a quick call to the helpline first to check that this was OK and taken the name of an adviser (just in case there was a problem).
I also found the on-line system (in October) accepted codes for vouchers expiring in August & May 2008 but not Feb 2008 - so it looks as if there is 5 or 6 months grace on-line.
Hope this helps.0 -

Hey Steve, not sure if this helps at all, but I dont think that these peeps sway at all on getting the price down. Obviously this is how they make their money....
We looked at getting a hol abroad with cosmos this way, but to be honest I can do it far cheaper routing around myself with out the vouchers. For us we would be paying more than usual, even despite having nearly a £1,000 worth of vouchers on top!!
The only thing we can think of is to phone again in mid Nov and hope that their prices have gone down, esp as a lot of companies put their prices up when XL went bust in September time.... here's hoping... (if not then we will convert them back to points for something else, or to save more.)
Worth a try. I am not sure the people on the other end will tell the truth, but I guess it could be worth asking if the prices fluctuate throughout the year and if there is a 'better and cheaper' time to purchase??0
