We had a form all staff had to sign today to say we can only accept coupons if item is bought but we do still accept competitor coupons

im not to sure if this is the right place to post this, but basicly ive got some sainsburys gift vouchers of the value of £20 each, does anyone know a way of changing these to tesco? somewhere i can convert them or something?

does anyone use their clubcard vouchers for rac cover
if so is it worth doing
we broke down yesterday luckily close to home but it got me thinking that we are going on a longer journey later this year and maybe we should have some cover just in case

If the till won't accept the voucher there's not much you can do but I've yet to see the checkout check tghru a long tillroll just to find proof for a money-off voucher. With £100-£200 worth of goods, how is anyone supposed to know exactly whats in all those bags.

I have used them for RAC cover the past two years. Think it cost me £40 in vouchers. When you order the cover Tesco send you a form to complete which you then send to RAC duly completed. RAC then send you your membership details.

It's likely, now its an enforced policy, that us cashiers will get a "coupon not valid" type message up when we scan it. We can also have to be more vigilant at checking through items bought on our screen as we'll get pulled up on it if we let them through.
