    Hi,
I've read a few things about tesco accepting other stores vouchers, is this correct ? Any store ? Any type of voucher ?
    Ta
They will take Competitor Coupons but usually only if they are not for a specific product or range. So £2.50 off a £25 shop from Farm Foods is OK but 30p off Sainsbury's Cheese or £5 off clothes isn't.
You should also be able to use Waitrose and Sainsbury's if you can get hold of any.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

    Great, thanks !
  • Please advise - I have moved a year ago and had a tesco club card registered on the old address - still kept on putting points on the card but never changed the address - I have my eon account linked to the card as well- checked online but there is only 1800 points on the card. Did they send any vouchers to the previous address ?? can I claim my points back?? Just wanted to clarify before i call them?

Any vouchers will have gone to your previous address if you didn't forward your mail.
You will have to ask T's if you get them back - may be unlikely as they may well have been cashed or binned by current house owners. You'll have to give them a ring and hope for the best...

They would have been sent to your old address where if they were unused Tesco will credit them back to your account as they would still be valid for another year. If they have been used then Tesco will have to look into it. Technically they shouldn't have been used without a clubcard.....

Could a new/replacement card have been sent to the old address. I know my card is fairly old but i'm sure I got my 'key fob' cards more recently.

Has anyone else had problems using grocery delivery charge vouchers?

I called Tesco because my vouchers say they expire 24/11/09 and the website was saying they had already expired. I called and spoke to someone at Tesco and he said this is happening alot. I got the vouchers when there was a double points offer on. Now that offer has ended, and the website thinks the vouchers have ended.

It didn't sound like they have any resolution, just said he would wait a couple days and refund me the charge. I have another couple vouchers to use. Kind of a pain if I have to call every time.

    Anyone else experienced this?

Has the Tesco double points offer ended,or about to end.
  • Sorry if this has been asked/answered a number of times but my forum searching mojo is failing me...

Is there a good way of extending/refreshing the date of clubcard vouchers? I'm thinking of making a purchase at Goldsmiths, but at current rate of collection it might take me 5-6 years.

yes you can send them back to clubcard to be re credited, they end appear on the next 1/4 points total in the week before it ends.
