Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

Hi, I have 'lost' about 800 points. Till receipt dated 1.10 said my total up to 29.9 was 2588 (recently cashed them all in for a wine order!) yesterdays till receipt said total up to 5.10 was 1734. Rang up the clubcard peopole last night, got an indian man who didnt make a lot of sense and said he would give me 200 points as a gesture of goodwill but couldn't explain where my missing points had gone. Is anyone else having trouble? Appreciate any help.

What is to stop me buying loads of goods at Tesco's say £6000 worth, close to the cut off date for points, getting my vouchers, making a Reward exchange and then taking the goods back for a refund? Do Tesco's then claw back the points form your next statement?

I appreciate that there is a moral element to this question in that I would feel uncomfortable doing this, but just thinking through the technicalities....

My friend works for Tesco and a new thing has recently come down where they are starting to take back the clubcard points on items returned - up until now tho they haven't done it, so this is another thing that they have finally latched onto in order for them to make even more profits!!!

Can someone tell me....I found a great forum which was really useful to find the best way to spend clubcard vouchers, but I cannot find it anywhere! Can someone please help?! I think it was dedicated to the use of Clubcard points collecting and spending! Thanks!

Just to let you all know that i received my marriott hotel tokens this morning and they seem to have changed the stay terms. It previously has been minimum of 2 nights, maximum 3 but now just says 2 nights between Friday and Sunday. Luckily we're only going for 2 days this time but this will certainly affect any further stays :rolleyes:

I just found out that my hubby bought £50 worth of wine last month (present) at Tesco and didn't present his clubcard! I have the receipt, but how long do I have to reclaim the points? Is it 3 weeks? or month?
