A guy in work give me one he had sent him, i'm thinking about getting an aerated shower head just for the improved feeling of flow but haven't got one yet.

I'm guessing the 40% water saving comes from aeration like the Ecocamel and Mira Eco (which I've now had for a few days shy of a year and still happy with it)
