    No queues in gloucester, filled up today but then sainsburys use BP for feul right and not shell, i honestly dont think there will be shortages,

    Anyone else's gone up today? Our local Jet put unleaded up 2p and diesel up 3p since this morning, no other stations nearby have gone up, the money-grabbing, profiteering ......... :mad:

    This happened here in scotland weeks ago and it barely made the news. now it hits the rest of the country and its everywhere!

    No queues in South Wales. Went to Tesco about 1pm and only 1 person in front.

    I called at my local Tesco and there were 2 cars in front of me, all the pumps were in use too.
    Hopefully this will last me over a week, as they have announced they are on strike again in a weeks time...

    there's a world wide shortage of diesel even before the strike

    Still got half a tank in my car so should see me for a few days yet, might fill up and add to the panic buying.

    Modern diesel requires more refining so that it's 'cleaner', and it's taxed more.
