I do one layer of lasagne sheets, then enough bolognese sauce to cover, another sheet of lasgne sheets, another layer of sauce, more lasagne sheets then a layer of white sauce, you can use cheese sauce but my DH doesn't like cooked cheese.
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

    Here it is:

    Lasagne Recipe

Preheat oven to gas mark 5. Peel and chop 1 cooking onion and add to a saucepan with some butter or margarine. Cook until golden and add 1 tin of value tomatos and a scwert of tomoto puree. When that is bubbling add 2 packets of value mince and a handful of herbs. Cook for around 20 minutes on a low heat.

Meanwhile boil about half a pint of milk in a saucepan and stir about 4 heaped teaspoons of cornflour into a bit of milk in a cup. When the milk is about to boil add the cornflour mixture and turn the heat down. Then add about 4 or 5 ounces of grated cheese and stir till melted.

In a baking tray layer up the lasagne sheets, mince mixture and cheese sauce mixture. Top with grated cheese and then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes ish.

I'm pretty rubbish at making cheese sauce, so an old tip I picked up when losing weight at Slimming World years ago, was to blend a tin of Heinz Macaroni cheese - and its actually really nice too!

My favourite Cheese sauce recipie is ....

Boil a 1/2 pint of white wine (to reduce the alcohol content) whilst this is happening, make a roux with 1tbsp of plain flour and some boiling water.

Add the roux to the white wine - stiring frequently and then remove from the heat and add as much grated cheese as you want - I also add cayenne of mustard powder for that extra kick!
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

I like to add chopped bacon into my bolognese sauce, it adds a lovely flavour!!!! I also grate a carrot into it, gets a bit more veg into DS and DD without them knowing about it, it also bulks it up more, so it goes futher!!!!
