    I am doing a store cupboard challenge as i have little cash at the moment and need to make use of what i have
    can i use frozen broccoli and cauliflower in a homemade lasagne ??Didnt know whether to cook it all then blitz in in a blender or what ???

    I would part microwave it and then just break up with a fork and put in the lasagne sauce. Blitzing it would mean there was no texture in the finished dish.
