    Zammo has got to be one the greediest members here. Wishing innocent people to lose their jobs just so he can pick up a cheap house is outrageous.

    Here is his post on another thread regarding the unemployemnt figures:

    Unemployment is the final lagging indicator I've been waiting for. Seeing the jobless figures rise this week has really put a spring in my step. I'm going to be out celebrating this news tonight.

    More forced sellers mean lower House Prices.

    :money::beer::money:

    One thing I will say is Zammo has some balls to just come out and say it, whereas the likes of !!!!!!, Carolt etc think extacly the same but wouldn't dare air it in this forum.

    I did wonder why on earth so much is being made of Dunstone trying to link his product into house sales rather than the fact that people don't actually find it very good and better alternatives i.e. O2 have sprung up instead

    House prices are the new ‘bad weather for shopping’.

    Can’t flog your tawdry product? You no longer have to blame the weather when you can blame the housing market.
