Worked all day today - just admin work but have earn't 1/6th of my December rent already and so hopefully this week I'll earn almost all of my next lot of rent and then I can try and earn some more money in the rest of November to pay for Christmas presents etc. (OH is taking care of bills for the minute as he's earning full time).

Not much OS at all - just having a relax at the moment, need to do some washing up, sorting clothes etc.

Please dont be sad curry queen you are a very special lady who does not deserve to ever be unhappy. You support everyone on here every day and even let some of the naughtier members of the group (:o ) - like Racy of course - get away with a lot. If any of your family/friends do identify you on here then I would say they should be proud to know you ( I am even though it is only virtually:j )

I would love to hear that Curry Queen has got herself moved somewhere nicer and safer where she can be happy.

Did not get much done today as I underestimated how long it would take me to hand sew 10 intricate motifs to DDs black circular skirt. Just finished it in time - she has a black top , the skirt with silver bats, ghosts and cats appliqued on it and a witches hat and cauldron. She is the cutest looking witch you can imagine - think more an 11 year old charmed one rather than a spooky hag (that is me naturally lol)

Aww CQ - all I can say is look after yourself, your boys and keep your chin up. I know we don't really know exactly what you are going through but we send all our virtual hugs and support to you.

I know from a personal level you make me laugh, you make me cry (in a good way that is) and you provide me with fabbo recipes Just remember your 'family' on here and call on us if you need any help or support. Also remember that my pm box has never been full, so I'm always here to be moaned at.

Hey CQ, don't be too hard on yourself! You have put a lot of physical and mental energy into the preparation for the move, so it's natural to be as angry as you are considering the reason for the delay. We can all surprise ourselves by our reactions and all that energy you invested had to go somewhere. Considering all you've been through you are strong, and you will get through this and you will be able to get on with your life. It's probably better to have expressed your anger all at once rather than let it smoulder. I hope I don't sound trite, but as the expression goes "better out than in".

I know you dislike the phone but try and badger the housing people as much as you possibly can. It might be suitable now for you to write a strongly worded letter to someone higher up the scale as well. In my humble opinion it's important they have your justified complaint and dissatisfaction about the matter on file in writing - the minions who made the errors aren't going to drop themselves in it, so it's your call to do so. Writing it down might be cathartic too - maybe write a nasty but pretend one first - but destroy that - then pen a "polite" but firm and factual one and send that.

I'll be thinking of you and sending you as much strength as I can.
