    My vodka is ready, the skittles have dissolved I have a layer of gunge on the top ... pics to follow soon as after lunch I am going to remove the gungy layer and finish it off :)

  • i am going with home made foody presents this year, along with some body scrubs for the girles.

    have been collecting recipes for chutney and stuff for a couple of months and made half the amount last night of a mango chutney recipe i had in a wee preserves book. blimey its good!!! even if i do say so myself! apparently its best to let chutneys mature for 3 months but cant wait to crack one open with a curry, roll on November!

    Ok well here is my first attempt at a sock monkey, it turned out better than i thought although did take me 7 hours to make as i struggle gripping a pen never mind a needle.

    I think its just a teddy although I took mine out with me today to show my mam and she won £100 at bingo so the sock monkey has now been named lucky lol.
