marie and paddington = think it was me who did the book.........well I did one anyway so probably me.............lol.
I altered one I found on one of the free Christmas story sites - Christmas Star one (I've done baby grandson a Name a Star certificate).
Typed it out on Word, put it into columns and printed it landscape on A5. There lay the problem with my page numbers being all out of order............lol
So I ended up cutting up each page and sticking it in order on to A4 sheets -along with some images I'd found on Google - girl at photocopy shop copied it all out and yesterday I did a cover for it out of a sheet of card.
Extra page is added so I can stick that to the card cover and add a ribbon through the centre to hold it all in place. Hope that all makes sense.
Loving these snowman links but I must not do anything else .............going mad here...........bought some stick on eyes yesterday for my reindeer heads and sock snowman and they've vanished (rather - I've lost them/forgotten where I put them)..................lol:rotfl:Mary

Also for those who have bought a Ikea or another Gingerbread House this american site has icing help and a recipe that would be easy to convert .
The bit I like is that it is better to decorate the gingerbread panels while still flat and not stuck together !:j

Hello all!!
I am another MSE crafter - but lapsed and have no time to craft at the momentthis must all change in the new year when I hopefully change jobs!
I have been making cards for 5 years and scrapbooking for about 4, used to work in a craft shop part time (dream job!!) and taught card making through classes in the shop!
Scrapbooking is my real favourite thing though as I love photos too, and have made a few for presents - which was hard work but worth it!!
I like to make the family at least 1 home made gift at xmas, whether it be a pot of gold decorated, a decorated box time capsule, or a bouquet of sweeties, I just love making something different, so I'm hoping you can all inspire me with ideas for my mum dad grandad and OH. (...and I may be able to get back in to scrapbooking you never know!!)
