Hi all.....looking good everyone...you're all so organised!!

Well, please dont shout at me...but was wondering if someone could tell me the following things!!!: how to make a flannel muffin/cake, flannel reindeer, and what and how to make a no sew blanket?? Also, if I'm not going to get a slapped wrist, how you would go about scrapbooking??!!! I just bought a cheapy notepad thing, from works and was wondering if I could do anything with it!!! Really sorry everyone, Im sure I have saved the link for reindeer because i remember seeing a pic but can't find either now.

Thankyou so so very very much and for all the lovely ideas x x x

Hi there is a thread here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=622943

This is quite a long one but on the first post there are pictures and tutorials on how to make the flannel cupcakes. There are also pictures of the reindeer on there :)

Hope this helps. Sorry I can't help with the no sew blankets, but I know Rainmac is planning to do these and also I think Siren has already started so I am sure they will be along soon to help out any way they can :)

    Good luck

    Hello Bashful!

Don't worry none of us will shout at you!! We are all lovely here honest! :D

For no sew blankets you need this link here:

    http://heartsandtrees.blogspot.com/2007/12/no-sew-fleece-blankets.html

As for scrapbooking you can use anything you want and use a range of papers, photos and embellishments to decorate it. There are no set rule to it you can create a look to suit.

Rainmac - Well done on post of the month. You really deserve it you are so very helpful to everyone! :D

I've done some more work on Eddy today and have painted up all his bandages. Only have the skin, handcuffs, eyes and lightening left hehe.

Pinkladymel, as you are such an expert on altered art I wondered where you got your supplies from? I haven't got any paint, don't know where to start, and I was looking for places to get cheap stuff that you alter. Ta in advance!

I am a bit of a shopaholic so I am always buying things just because they are a bargain :o Tester paint pots were reduced to 10p when my focus closed down so I grabbed a load and use those.

Childrens tin lunch boxes should be cheap in the sale now and those are brilliant for painting/inking/covering and holding things in around the house. I made one for my ribbons that I have wrapped around a piece of card and then all the cards in rows in my lunch tin.

My favourite thing to do is make a canvas. I buy them from poundland and paint over with white paint then make them like a scrapbooking page as presents for people.

Something to try straight away is get a kids book from poundland or somewhere and make a book with it :) Look at this link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_nnTyh2WsA&feature=related

    Hope that helps you x

(was cheeky today and read your pieces in Scrapbook Inspirations in WhSmiths'. My admiration for you keeps growing. Must be a real buzz seeing your stuff in print!)

Thankyou so much you are wonderful :) I hope you liked the work I did? I can't believe you even looked :o But thank you a bazillion times :A

don't ever feel bad for asking questions. This thread gets so cluttered because we are so happy for each other and in awe of the awesome things being made that it's hard to see how you do things but when I asked everyone was 100% seriously nice.

My blog is like my personal diary. Pinkladymel.blogspot.com on there is all my scrapbooking work for you to look at for ideas. You can get some great scrapbooking things from poundland. I go to www.ukscrappers.co.uk for ideas and help. There is so much to learn and enjoy there.
