Only back from sports day and DD came last in every race except the sack because the teachers lifted the sack each end and carried her to the winning line.:rotfl:
DS1 came 3rd in the spud and spoon race so he's happy. Hubby still being sick and diarrea (TMI) and just unwell so he's booked to see the doc later, he can't keep his meds down at all.

Plan now to get on with list do school runs and appointments, will be back later to update..
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

My bum is numb! Just spent an hour sitting on the floor going through our filing cabinet. Done all but one drawer and chucked a whole binbag of rubbish. On the plus side i found $90 i didnt know we had so they will get exchanged, woop woop. Thats nearly 50 quid! Bed covers are in the wash, need them dried then will pop them back on. Need to clean out the small furry flanimal then i'll have a cuppa. May even empty the DW if i'm feeling adventurous:rotfl:

g&b well done on the find!! Wish mine was so much, I have found £20 or so sometimes, I had a handbag I'd left money in, I thought I'd emptied it, pleased I had one last check through before I sent it to the charity shop. Good to hear things have settled down a bit for your OH, does sound like someone hit a panic button there then realised or was advised to think before he did anything.
vanilla, awwww bless her, I think they both deserve a big well done for just taking part. Hope your partner gets something sorted.

Well I'm having a break while I eat and drink coffee. I've got 25% of them answered correctly, well I think they are correct anyway. I need 40% right to pass, so after break will keep plodding on, if I get sick after I've done 50% I'll probably guess the rest. Good news is DS2s going to a friends after school (first time so I am a little anxious and pleased all at the same time) until 6.30pm, DS1 usually gets home about 3.30pm but if I let him get away with playing computer games to his hearts content (Ok naughty Mam but needs must, will try to get him on the educational ones) apart from making his dinner etc he shouldn't take too much looking after on his own as long as he's not 'in a one', so that should give me some extra time today to get things done. To be honest at the minute all I want to do is sleep, I think that rotten ear infection is back as I have a painful lump the size of a table tennis ball it feels like under my ear and my hearing is slowly dissappearing.

My washers just finished which is half sheets and half uniforms, so what does it do? Yes, starts to rain **grumps off to hang stuff on airers**
One day I might be more organised...........
