    Thanks ...

If I refuse it I'm worried that the Job Centre will find out that I got offered a job and stop my JSA. Does anyone know if they could find out?

    Jen

If JSA didnt send you then I don't think they will find out unless you tell them.

some people hear voices throughout their life, theyre not classed as mentally ill... there's a charity called hearing voices if anyone is interested.

Auditory hallucinations are sometimes associated with schizophrenia ...

I dont know much more about it, I will look that charity up on Google.

Aaw thanks for that. I actually haven't told anyone else in the world (apart from psychotherapist) apart from you lot here..........................I don't know what reaction I would get. I mentioned it to someone once and they looked at me as if I was totally mad so I don't tell people!

its really common - a dr or mental health person would understand its not at all strange.

Yes SB, it's an antidepressant. I've prob tried every one on the market. Not sure they are the best I've had, but they are good for sleeping. It's a newer type in the NASSA's category.

Oh, it's a shame you have been made to feel like that. Maybe if someone has not experienced voices or had someone close to them who has voices, then they'd freak? I have 2 people very close to me, one in a bad way at the moment, who has constant voices and the other experienced voices during a bad phase of depression. I have also known others who have voices. IMO it's all part and parcel of life (for some) I'm sure there are many different degrees of voices, but none are nice to have.

The only person my family know who heard voices actually killed someone, as the voices had told him to. If I said I heard voices I don't think they would be able to cope! But he had schizophrenia and I don't thank goodness. They are not really bothersome, just annoying. And they don't tell me what to do or anything.
