    Heya Alba. :)

    Thanks very much.
I think we might be going for a picnic and a walk in the park or something. We're really not entirely sure. We have to take into account his strength and my mental health problems because of my ED too.lol. He's so lovely. There will be loads of photos.lol. :D

I love Ebay! I have bought a lot of clothes from there and various bits and pieces for pennies.lol. :D

The Dove with self tan sounds good. I'll try and keep an eye out for it. Thank you. :)

    xx

Oh you're very welcome, I think you look really great and the dress is so nice, it really suits you. I think you'll have a fantastic date.

I really like the dove stuff, I think it's best putting on as little as poss but covering as evenly as you can. Slapping it on could cause blotches or streaks. I also think the light one must be better, all others I've tried haven't looked as good as this one. Even my doc said yesterday I had a lovely tan! ( I told her it was a dove tan! )

Hay SB, how are you doing today? Thankfully I've never had voices as such, my head is more full of muffles, hazy, it feels like constant fighting in my head. I do have someone close who has voices and I know how awful it is for her. She's tried different meds, but none have helped enough to make a big difference. It really must be terrible.

Gosh CC, you have been very busy. I've got a chicago town takeaway pizza in the oven for my son... it smells yummy, but I bet your cake smells even better! Just thinking what to make for myself!

I've got an appointment with counsellor on Monday. Thought I might aswell give things a go! Just want some help unravelling my thoughts - got a lot of 'things' going on at the moment. Any ideas what to expect? What will it be like? What do I talk about? I'm scared.

my boys are 13, and have been quite a handful over the years.:o
they do seem to be calming down a little now they are getting a bit older.
i know what you mean alba, one of my sons barely says anything to me either, daniel the one at as a resedential school comes home on a friday, and after not seeing him all week, i'm lucky if i get two sentences out of him.
josh on the other hand never shuts up lol
feel like i have achieved something today, been up in loft and put some things on freecycle, slowly trying to get rid of clutter that is up there, today the massive collection of action men and assorted vehicles has gone.
hoping one day to empty it completely and get it made into another room,
    big hugs

h feelie, no need to be scared, my counsellor is really friendly and i'm sure yours will be too. talk about the 'things that you have going on' at the mo.
remember what is said in the appointment and will go no further, hopefully she or he will help you find solutions

Gosh that's inspirational! I have a house full of junk but just can't throw anything out. I keep thinking I will do it, but just can't. I need to keep trying though and hopefully one day I will.

Are my problems too much for a counsellor?
If they are, they can refer you on.

But counsellors won't offer a "magic wand". They won't tell you what to do, or anything like that. They can tell you how you are feeling, and can offer help and support with dealing with things. It does help to clarify things in your mind, as you will realise more what is bothering you.

Counselors are seen as helping more with reactive depression- like if it was caused by a specific event or happening. But they can help anyone who is finding it hard to cope. They won't tell you what to do, but you can work together for a solution.
