Was that to me? Yeah, i do look on freecycle, ive just never thought of a tv from them, it needs to be a decent size (not portable) as I've got bloody cataracts so my vision isn't perfect (yet!). But I will have a looksyKEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0 -

yeah, i couldn't sleep last night until about 3.30am, but unfortunately I had a nap for 1 hour this afternoon so probs won't be able to sleep tonight.....aaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhh I was on some meds that made me sleep, had to come off them due to side effects, now I can't sleep!! Its been weeks, I'm used to going to bed at 11 and sleeping like a log till 9am, I hate being awake in the middle of the night :mad:KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0 -
SB, I need to bang my telly to get sound most of the time! It's been like that for years, I need a new one too!
I can't really explain what's going on in my head, I think it's to do with the depression though. I feel like there is fighting going on inside it, I find it hard to consentrate or think straight. It's not clear voices, but I do wonder sometimes if it's so muffled I just don't hear what's going on in it. Really hard to expain, but I hate it, would love to have a clear head. It's not tinnitis, it's def more mental or psychological (I think) How long have you had voices, do you know who they are? (don't answer if you'd prefer not to) I saw a prog a few months back of the doctor who hears voices...
Jen, you did very well getting offered the job. You'll do what feels right, but at least you have the option.
BB's back on! But I'm still here!0 -

Hey Shaz! I'm really tired too, but want to get a washing out tonight as rain is forecast tomorrow pm. If I leave it till the am I'll prob forget to put it out! So I'm waiting on the washing machine finishing. (and half watching BB)
SB, since I've been on mirtazapine (a long time now) I've slept much better, not perfect but def better. I can imagine what i'd be like if I came off them.0 -
Thanks ...
If I refuse it I'm worried that the Job Centre will find out that I got offered a job and stop my JSA. Does anyone know if they could find out?

I really don't know if they could find out, but if they did maybe saying the hours were too much for you with your anxiety and depression would help. At least I think it would. Hopefully someone else will know more.0 -
Alba, I have been hearing voices for years now, but quite infrequently. I've been very stressed lately with the psychotherapy (I was suicidal) and I think its worse with stress. I was worried I had scizophrenia but some people, under severe stress can hear voices. They just are a nuisance as I don't want someone talking in my head when I'm not in the conversation  , but hopefully they will get bored and leave me ........................:o
Your sounds sound pretty unpleasant. The medication you take, is it an antidepressant? I was on amitriptyline but it gives me a rash in the sun  , its probably the only med that has worked well for me, I was taking it for pain and to help me sleep. Roll on winter..................KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0
