Diamond, where abouts are you? - I used to suffer from Agoraphobia - well I guess I still do up to a point, it's not easy, but keep in mind the phrase...
"A life lived in fear is a life half lived"... you deserve to be free and have all the GOOD experiences that are outside... for every toe rag there are us forummers and like minded milling around...
take care honey and I hope you feel better soon xx
Thanx hun, I live in south east london, not the greatest of places but what choice do I have? None as I dont work and dont have a council home, I am in private accomadation and not long moved to where I am due to domestic violence and hate crime. I was in a flat before I moved here and it was really unsuitable. Although I am on the council housing list, they have said I have no chance of becoming a council tenant. So am stuck where I am until I win the lottery lol.0 -

feelinggood are you watching hollyoaks lol.x
I usually record it and watch it with Lunch the next day. I'll keep my fingers in my ears so I don't hear what happens!
How old are you Diamond? I'm 21 and feel a little silly watching Hollyoaks, but I've been watching it for years. At least 9 years I think, probably longer!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

If you feel old hun, the Im a granny lol....Im 30. You shouldnt feel silly watching it as its aimed at the young generation. I only started watching it last few years or so but love it, love the dramas, especially the men, they are so hot lol.
Wish I watched it when it first started but was doing shift work back in the days so was never home really.xx0 -

I'm not expecting rainbows and butterflies, not by a long shot. I just can't shake off this feeling that my nan is going to die soon. I know that sounds horrible. I hate being highly sensitive. =/
I just realized how busy I am next week.
Monday - Drop in
Tuesday - Orthodontist to get my retainer fitted
Wednesday - Doctor
Thursday - The family
Friday - Drop in
Not to mention tomorrow having my eyebrows waxed, and then Friday having my brace off. Eek.
Although, I guess a part of me does like being busy sometimes though. Sometimes I just thrive on a bit of chaos. It stop me from being alone with my thoughts for too long and releases endorphines with all the running about and so cheers me up a bit.
I'm hoping my anxiety doesn't get worse with all of these different things I have to do because that's what usually happens.
It's been causing me havoc lately but I try to disguise it as I feel stupid. =/
Mood swings have been particularly bad so if I've said anything to offend any of you then I'm sorry. I can't even remember what I say when I'm having an episode sometimes. =/
Oh, and my goal for this summer is to.....sit outside in the garden. That might not be a big deal to some people but it really is to me. I get paranoid and worried I'll bump into my neighbours as I really don't think they like me, even though I haven't done anything for them not to like me.
I'm stupid.
xx
Your not stupid, dont worry about your neighbours and what they think... Your more important than anyone else so if you concentrate on yourself you will feel okish.
Its good your busy next week, it will do you good to get out and about. I know how hard it can be getting out and going to appointments.
Let us know how the eyebrow waxing goes, I want to get my eyebrows shaped but havent got the motivation at the mo.x0
