What exciting things can I do with couscous?

Yum cous cous, I love the stuff.
I like it with finely diced tomato, cucumber, green and/or red pepper, celery and a nice french dressing or garlicky vinigarette. Black olives and chopped anchovies are also a favourite addition but they're not to everybodies taste so probably aren't suitable for a group.Swagbucks earnings since 22/05/2012 £135 paypal cash

Try the Jamie Oliver recipe - it's delish. I don't bother de-skinning the peppers, too much of a faff, they're fine if you chop them up small."No matter how little money and how few possesions you own, having a dog makes you rich." - Louis Sabin0

I think I may be a bit late, but...
add a little of spices like cumin, coriander etc, maybe some spring onion and chopped pepper and make with stock.
Stufff some peppers with it, add some cheese on top and oven bake!
hope it went well!Grocery Challenge: target 400: so far spent 247

Sorry, haven't got a recipe - just thought I'd share with you that my OH made couscous last night and said 'it tastes a bit salty'. I asked him how much he'd put in and he told me a tablespoon  (and not the TEASPOON it says on the packet) I think he needs glasses and a bit more commonsense!0

Might be a bit late but thought I would add, I mix cous-cous with leeks and grated cheddar and stuff mushrooms with it. Little mushrooms as a sort of hors d'ouevres or big ones with rocket salad for a main meal.
It's scrummy.

My favourite which is quite simple:
Stir in Sun Dried Tomato paste into the cooked cous cous and then add diced feta or goats cheese whatever takes your fancy.
I also stir in pesto on other occasions to give cous cous a bit of flavour when used in other dishes.Waddle you do eh?0
