some one must have read my mind. Bought some cous cous last week and was wondering what I should do with it. Have some tins of chick peas in cupboard, bits of veg in fridge, chicken stock in freezer and can get some fresh corriander from local shop. Roast veg with chick peas and corriander, MMmmmmmm!0

I found it to be cheap and available in most health foods type shops and bags in supermarkets. The expensive way to buy it is in a box, especially if it has something like tomatoes or lemon added to it!So many shoes, so little time....0

Cut the top off some peppers and cut out the seeds etc. Now fill with cooked cous cous and put in oven for 10 mins, lovely stuffed peppers!
BTW, I should say, I buy the sachets of Cous Cous from the supermarket ready flavoured so obviously if you buy plain you will want to flavour it first!0 -
slice the tops off a couple of bell peppers
