couscous with lemon in it is lovely with chicken but even better with fish mmmmmmmm!
absolutely adore red peppers stuffed with couscous and under the grill for a couple of minutes - works with those really large mushrooms as well. Couple of slices of mozarella goes great on top as well.0 -

My couscous never seems to go fluffy and dry when I make it - am I using too much liquid? I have tried Nigella's 1 " above the couscous method before - still a bit soggy.Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0
